Breguet & Fils No. 2667 Precision Stop Watch ($4.7 Million)
Breguet’s pocket watch features traditional design, luxurious 18-carats yellow gold case and two oscillating bodies. This particular stopwatch sold for mere 5000 francs in 1814 but later went on to sell for approximately $4.6 million at auction in 2012.
Hublot Big Bang ($5 Million)
Hublot’s Big Bang watch contains 1,282 diamonds in total including more than 100-carats of baguette diamonds and 6 emerald-cut diamonds weighing more than 3-carats each. Every stone is cut by the same New York jeweller with over 40 years of experience to ensure the same cut signature.
Vacheron Constantin 57260 ($8 Million)
Vacheron Constantin 57260 watch is a technological and artistic feat that includes 57 complications, 2826 individual components and 242 jewels. This watch took 8 years to design and create and was commissioned for $8 million for a private client.
Patek Philippe Ref. 1518 ($11.1 Million)
Patek Philippe produced the 1518 model in the year 1941 making it the first perpetual calendar chronograph wristwatch ever produced in a series. The stainless steel-cased Patek Ref. 1518 was sold at auction for over $11 million in 2016.
Jacob & Co. Billionaire Watch ($18 Million)
The Billionaire watch contains 260-carats of emerald-cut diamonds, 167 individual components and 19 jewels. The bracelet and watch face are made out of 18-carats white gold. This watch isn’t called the Billionaire’s watch for no reason.
Patek Philippe Supercomplication ($24 Million)
Patek Philippe Supercomplication was created for Henry Graves Jr. and is worth more than $24 million in present context. This intricate timepiece features 24 complications including functions such as a perpetual calendar, minute repeater with Westminster Chimes, sunrise and sunset times and a celestial chart based on the night sky above Graves’ home in New York.
Chopard 201 Carat Watch ($25 Million)
The Chopard 201 Carat watch contains 874 diamonds totaling 201-carats, in an array of colors. The center of the watch consists of three heart-shaped diamond which are yellow, blue and pink in colour.
Breguet No. 160 ($30 Million)
This pocket was included every complications at its time including a thermometer, chime and perpetual calendar. The original version of this watch was allegedly commissioned for the French queen, Marie Antoinette by one of her lovers 1782. Unfortunately the French queen was executed in 1827 before the completion of the watch.
Graff Diamonds The Fascination ($40 Million)
Known for their luxurious diamond jewellery items, Graff Diamonds created The Fascination watch consisting 152.96-carats of diamond. The watch also includes a 38.14-carats, pear-shaped diamond on its center that detaches into a ring and can be worn separately.
Graff Diamonds Hallucination ($55 Million)
Unveiled at the Baselword watch and jewellery fair, this unprecedented watch is made up of 110-carats of diamonds. Diamonds of colors, including fancy pink, yellow, green, blue and cuts, including emerald, heart, pear, marquise and round are combined to create the spectacular Hallucination watch making it the most expensive watch of all time.
